Here at Deer Run Farm, we pride ourselves on having truly elegant “horses in miniature”.  We breed to produce a specific type of horse that wins consistently in the show ring and proves itself in cross-country driving as well.  Our horses have typey Arabian heads, high-set and well-hinged necks, and the strong shoulders, long hips and perfect legs necessary to perform long, reaching trots in harness.    Horses are shown by appointment.  We are happy to provide consultation services to anyone  wishing to explore the joys of being owned by a mini.   We also provide training services for full-sized horses, especially “problem horses” requiring rehabilitation through natural horsemanship techniques.
